At a press conference on December 21st Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and Health Minister Paulette Lenert announced that as from December 26th:
Shops will only be allowed to sell essential products
Teleworking must become the rule when possible
Curfew at 9 pm (instead of 11 pm)
Alcohol consumption prohibited in public places
Remote schooling for the first week of January
Closure of outdoor sports areas
The practice of sports limited to private activities
Fines are increased from 145 to 300€ in case of non-respect of the measures.
