EuRA, the European Relocation Association, was formed in 1998 with the aim of promoting the benefits of professionally managed relocation and mobility services to companies with globally mobile employees.
This year EuRA Conference was held in Warsaw on the last week of April, and was attended by more than 600 delegates from around the globe. It was a fantastic opportunity to network, train, listen to inspiring speakers from the relocation industry and participate to social events.
For LuxRelo it was the first time we attended an EuRA Conference, and we were represented by Stéphane Compain who has been in the relocation industry for more than 26 years.
This year's MIM (Managing International Mobility) training covered:
Cultural Theory and Intelligence
Excellence in Service Delivery
Some of the sessions presented by international experts were:
How Small Companies can use the Power of Social Media
RMC DSP Forum | Supply Chain Research
Clicking Culturally | Challenges, Discovery & Rewards when Companies come Together
The State of the Relocation Industry
At the end of the conference, the EuRA board revealed the location of the 2018 conference. It will be in the city of Dubrovnik (Croatia) from April 24th to April 27th.
