For your employees and their families. You choose the services per file, we assign one dedicated consultant per relocation, and you follow each relocation on the Relocation Online HR portal: progress, documents, permit expiry dates and statistics.
For one relocation a year or several dozen. You receive a proposal with services, rates and timing within 12 hours on working days.

Private Individuals and Families
For people moving to Luxembourg alone or with their family, without relocation support from an employer. You choose the services you need (home search, school search, administrative procedures or settling-in) and pay for them directly.
Answer a few questions about your move. Within 24 hours on working days, we tell you what we can do for you and at what price.
Administrative Procedures
We make sure employees are properly registered at their new commune (town hall) in Luxembourg. We also help with other formalities, such as exchanging a driving licence, arranging co-insurance and applying for child benefits.
Orientation & Guided Tour
We show you around your new place: the housing market, the neighbourhoods, public transport and more, so you can feel at home from the first day.
Temporary Accommodation
Your employees may need short-term accommodation for work or for personal reasons. We help them find a furnished apartment where they can live comfortably while they settle in.
Settling-In Support
We help employees open a bank account, take out insurance and get used to daily life in Luxembourg. We also give them the practical information they need to settle in.
School & Crèche Search
We help employees check which public and private schools or crèches in Luxembourg suit their children and have places available. We also arrange school visits, appointments and registration. Choosing the right school or crèche is an important part of a successful relocation.
