We work only with individuals and families who are already moving to Luxembourg.

To work in Luxembourg as a salaried employee, a third-country national goes through three steps, in this order:

  1. A Signed Employment Contract

    A dated employment contract signed with a Luxembourg employer comes first.

  2. The Vacancy Declared to ADEM

    The employer must have declared the vacant position to ADEM (Agence pour le développement de l'emploi) beforehand.

  3. The Authorisation to Stay

    It must be applied for and approved before entering the country.
