Overview

Running a business has an effect on society. LuxRelo has a responsibility to its clients, its employees and contractors, and to the broader community in which it operates.

We are committed to taking responsibility for our actions: improving standards for our clients and our team, minimising our impact on the environment and contributing to the quality of life of the local community. By putting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into practice, we commit, wherever possible, to:

  • Responsible, ethical conduct

    We act with integrity in every file and every relationship.

  • A positive, supportive working environment

    Our team is our most important resource.

  • Support for local communities

    Time and sponsorship for causes chosen by our team.

  • Better service for our clients

    Professional, courteous and accessible to all.

  • Fair dealings with suppliers

    Clear contracts, invoices settled on time, local partners first.

  • A smaller footprint on the environment

    Less waste, less energy, more walking and cycling.

Our Principles

Our conduct

We adopt the highest professional standards and never act in a way that would compromise LuxRelo's integrity. We actively promote respect between the members of our team, in their dealings with each other, with clients and with third parties.

Our working environment

Our team is our most important resource. We offer a positive and healthy working environment, rewarding careers and job satisfaction. Every member of the team has access to the training they need, for their own development and to deliver a high-quality service.

We consider all members of the team to be equal and we maintain a working environment free of unlawful discrimination.

Our community

We sponsor or otherwise support local charities as much as we can. Members of the team may take time off work to support their chosen charity, and we encourage dialogue with local communities and groups for mutual benefit.

Our clients

We deliver a high level of service to every client, professional and courteous. Wherever possible, we promote equal access to our services and take account of the diversity of the people we serve, so that our services remain accessible to all.

Our suppliers

We eliminate unlawful discrimination and promote equality and diversity in our professional dealings with suppliers and other third parties. We enter into clear and fair contracts, settle suppliers' invoices on time and, wherever possible, support the local economy by contracting with local suppliers.

Our environment

We behave responsibly and minimise our impact on the environment by:

  • minimising waste and applying sensible recycling rules for paper and food consumption;
  • providing safe and comfortable working conditions;
  • encouraging the team to walk or cycle to work;
  • switching off electrical equipment and lights when not in use;
  • turning the heating off or down outside office hours.

Communication and Training

This policy is communicated to our team, our clients and our other stakeholders through our website, our publicity materials and internal memos. The team receives training on our CSR strategy and on this policy, and we raise awareness of any negative impact of our business and of the ways to reduce it.

Openness and Accountability

We are fully committed to the highest possible standards of openness, honesty and accountability. In line with that commitment, we actively encourage every member of the team who has a serious concern about any real or perceived departure from the ethical standards we set to voice that concern openly, without fear of reprisal.

Responsibility and Review

Stéphane Compain, CEO and the company's nominated officer, has overall responsibility for our CSR strategy and for implementing this policy. He ensures that the systems and controls in place are effective.

Every member of the team has a role to play in complying with our CSR objectives and is encouraged to suggest further initiatives. This policy is reviewed at least once a year to verify that it remains up to date, compliant, relevant to the needs of the company and its clients, and in effective operation. Records of the reviews are kept and the policy is amended as necessary.
