How to Work with Us as an HR Team

Five steps to set up the collaboration, once for your company.

  1. An introductory call

    We discuss your needs and the challenges you face today: the profiles you hire, the services you expect, your relocation policy and your volumes. We then look for the best solution for your international mobility, so that your new employees settle in easily.

  2. Our contract documents

    You receive our Master Agreement with its appendices: description of services, rates and packages, general terms and conditions of sale, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the process roadmap with its timeline.

    We only charge for services you have instructed in writing.

  3. The Master Agreement signed

    The agreement sets the services, the rates and the primary contact on each side. It covers your employees in every entity of your group.

  4. Your access to Relocation Online

    Your HR team receives an invitation to its company environment on our platform, at no cost: dashboard, files in progress, documents, permit expiry dates.

  5. Each file authorised by you

    For each employee, you open a file on the platform: where they come from, their family, the services or package selected. When you click Authorise, we are notified and the process starts.

Five Steps for Your Relocating Employees

  1. A first exchange

    By email or on our platform, we map the assignment with you: the employees concerned, their families, your relocation policy and the timeline.

  2. An initiation confirmation

    We confirm the initiation of the file in writing, with the services selected and their prices. Nothing starts before you have approved it.

    Every confirmation lists the services and their price. No open-ended hourly billing.

  3. One consultant per relocation

    Each relocating employee has one consultant, their single point of contact for every part of the move.

  4. The services you selected

    Work permit, home search, school search, administrative procedures, settling-in: we handle what the confirmation covers.

  5. Follow-up on Relocation Online

    Every file is tracked on our platform. Your HR team sees where each file stands without having to ask.
