Service provided: Cloud-based relocation case management platform.
Purpose: Secure exchange and storage of personal documents, case tracking, and communication with clients.
Hosting location: Germany (EU)
Data protection: RelocationOnline is committed to ensuring the security of its systems, applications, and data. They collaborate with trusted service partners to provide enterprise-level security for hosting and maintaining servers, data storage, and related technology services.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.
Service provided: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
Purpose: Internal and external communication, file storage, and document collaboration.
Hosting location: European Data Centres (primarily Ireland and the Netherlands)
Data protection: Advanced encryption, GDPR-compliant, enterprise-grade security and compliance certifications.

Service provided: Google Maps and limited use of Google Drive
Purpose: Location-based services for home search and guidance; internal collaboration.
Hosting location: EU and US (with Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers)
Data protection: Encryption at rest and in transit; SOC 2, ISO 27001 certified.

Service provided: Electronic signature platform.
Purpose: Collection of legally binding signatures for contracts and immigration documents.
